For over 50 years ABCD has offered summer jobs to youth throughout the City of Boston. Year-Round youth jobs program provide a continuation of services for hundreds of youth.

*ABCD is offering multiple school year programs for youth between the ages of 14-24 – please check back here for up to date information on current offerings*

*WorkSMART:* WorkSMART – for Boston/Medford youth 14-21 years old. Youth participate in a 8 week internship, mentorships, tutoring, college class and more. Youth are paid $16.25/hour.
*Career Explorations:* Open to out of school youth ages 18-24. Students receive training/certification in Early Childhood Education, Culinary and Home Health Certification. 8 week internships available. Youth are paid $18.75/hour.
*Level Up:* Open to out of school Boston youth ages 18-24. Students receive tuition support, funding for child care, internship opportunities while youth complete a certificate course through a local college. Youth are paid $18.75/hour.
